SAY TACO IS FEATURED ON 352TODAY!

352today recently featured our sister restaurant, Say Taco. Located just off Ocala’s Historic Downtown Square, Say Taco has transformed from its beginnings as Sayulita Taqueria into a lively American-style taco bar and grill.

When new owners stepped in during October 2024, they shifted away from the traditional Mexican décor and counter-service format, launching a full-service restaurant and bar that highlights creative tacos, top-shelf tequila, country music, and a warm, social atmosphere. Housed in a brick building with both indoor dining and a courtyard patio, it has quickly become a favorite destination for everything from relaxed midday meals to fun nights out, complete with live music and special events.

The tagline, “We’re saying adios to Sayulita and hello to Say Taco!”, reflects a broader reinvention: the focus now balances food, ambiance, and community. Today, Say Taco functions as a downtown dining spot, tequila bar, and social hub all in one. Tacos remain the star, but the energy of the music, the drink program, the event lineup, and the vibrant downtown location combine to make each visit feel like an occasion. The updated concept has driven stronger business, garnered glowing feedback, and firmly established Say Taco as a key fixture in downtown Ocala.
